Dreweatt Neate and Berrys are pleased to announce the expansion and strengthening of their Public Sector Property Consultancy Teams by the formation of the subsidiary company Dreweatt Berrys.

Alastair Martin, Chairman says “This joint venture combines the resources and talents of two well established firms of property consultants and surveyors allowing us to deliver a first class service over a large proportion of England and Wales.”

Dreweatt Berrys captures the geographic synergy from both the parent firms’ positions as Leading Regional Property Consultants to provide locally based delivery teams in all areas of England and Wales. The Company operates from a series of regional professional hub offices based in Kettering, Newbury, Northwich, Shrewsbury, Swindon, and Winchester, with satellite offices throughout the UK providing project support and agency on a local basis with the backing of over 300 professional staff.

Dreweatt Neate and Berrys have a long established Public Sector client base being serviced by individually formed and specialist teams. The teams deliver solutions for many demanding and unique clients such as Network Rail, Defence Estates (MOD), English Partnership and Welsh Development Agency. These experiences have given Dreweatt Berrys the aptitude and ability to focus on providing specialist property consultancy to the Public Sector. We recognise the complexity of long-term projects and programmes of work, understanding the importance of continuity and clarity in communication and inter-personnel links. The main method of operation is to provide the service required through dedicated specialist project management teams who have the support and resource available if required of the parent firms.
